Marketing Director
(Immediate - 1 year focus is on expanding marketing rapidly)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to own the entire customer acquisition and brand-building strategy as we scale from a promising Year-1 brand into a recognized competitor in the corporate luxury footwear segment. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO and working side-by-side with the founding team.
Experience
8–12+ years of performance and brand marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or Marketing Director).

Salary Range
150k-180k base + potential bonuses
Marketing Specialist
(3 months - supporting immediate focus on marketing)
Overview
This is a high-impact “doer” role ideal for a hungry, data-driven marketer who wants to own big pieces of the funnel early in their career. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Director and agency partners to execute and optimize paid social, email/SMS, organic content, influencer seeding, and affiliate programs.
Experience
3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proven success scaling Meta and/or Google ads for a consumer brand

85k-100k base + potential bonuses
Product Developer
(6 months - medium term shifting focus to expanding product line)
Overview
This is a true “builder” role. You will work side-by-side with the founder and our Italian factory partners to design, spec, sample, and launch every new style, material, and last. You’ll be the bridge between creative vision, technical precision, and commercial viability.
Experience
5–8+ years of footwear product development experience (men’s dress shoes or luxury leather goods strongly preferred)

95k-125k base + potential bonuses
Product Developer
(9 months - medium term shifting focus to expanding product line)
