In today's fast-paced world, the importance of a well-curated work wardrobe cannot be overstated. The right footwear can make a significant difference in how you feel and perform throughout your day. Stratus Footwear offers a unique blend of style, comfort, and functionality that can elevate your work wardrobe to new heights.

The Importance of Build-Measure-Learn Feedback Loop

The Build-Measure-Learn feedback loop is described as "the fundamental activity of a startup is to turn ideas into products, measure how customers respond, and then learn whether to pivot or persevere". This is an essential part of our company and how we plan to stay agile with our business and products and listen to our customers. This feedback loop will help us understand where our products are meeting and exceeding expectations from our customers, and where we need to make changes.

Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

One of the most important concepts we implemented was our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) - The Executive. The importance of having an MVP is that it enables us to use the Build-Measure-Learn feedback loop with "minimum amount of effort and the least amount of development time". We will focus all of our resources on first creating this product and implementing the changes that our customers suggest to us.
